Returns/Exchanges

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges due to the speed items sell out. We recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original order.

Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only

 

Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 14 days of order date for all orders.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, or altered in any way.

Merchandise must have all original tags, including any Shop Chic Collection hangtags (if applicable), attached.

Merchandise must be in a resell-able condition.

Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair will be rejected and ship back to you. 

All returns must be accompanied by a completed return form can be found on our website. We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages. Please note we do not cover shipping cost for return.

Any damages to an item upon arrival must be communicated to us within 72 hours of delivery via EMAIL only. Once a return authorization is processed, you must return the merchandise within the 14days from order date to receive credit for the item. 

Please email us if you are unsure if your purchase qualify for a return before sending it back. All non qualify items sent to us will be held at our facility for 30 days. Customer will be accountable for shipping cost to retrieve the item. 

Packages that is returned to us due to undeliverable address will be held at our facility for 14 days. Customer will be accountable for shipping fee if they would like the package ship again. After 14 days, we will restock the items and a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the order total. Shipping fee will not be refund. 

 

Please note: We will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages if the status on your order is marked as delivered by carrier. All lost/ stolen packages can be filed a claim through your local post office.

Pre Order Policy 

Pre order items cannot be cancel after order had been placed 

Please allow 7-14 business days (except weekend and Holidays) for pre order to be process.

 

Final Sale!!

Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Sale items, swimwear, bodysuits, accesories and items purchased with a promo code 25% or more cannot be returned.

 

REFUNDS & PROCESSING

Refunds will be processed within approximately 4-7business days after we receive your return, please check tracking information for delivery of your return package as we will only email you once your store credit has been completed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds will be made on returns accepted past the 14 day mark.

Store Credit will be issued in the form of a E-gift Card via email.
