 CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

Orders are processed the moment they are received and our warehouses work around the clock to prepare and ship your orders so you receive them as quickly as possible. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are placed.

CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO AN ORDER I RECENTLY PLACED?

Unfortunately items cannot be added to an order that has already been placed.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SALE ITEMS?

All sale items are "FINAL SALE" and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exception.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

Prices may change based on demand and availability. We do not offer price adjustments.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days of placing your order (not including weekends or holidays). Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

We will email you an order confirmation the moment you place your order. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam folder.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

In rare situations, your order may have included items that sold out while you were checking out. If your order contained additional items that are in stock, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

WAS I CHARGED TWICE?Your credit card is only charged one time upon shipment. If you recently placed an order, your bank account will show a pending amount. This is only an authorization and not an actual charge. Upon shipment we actually charge your card and the pending authorization will drop off. This is done to ensure sufficient funds are available upon placing an order.
